We remind you that a survey on health and well-being has been launched at UNESCO and at the UN level.
ISAU welcomes this initiative and supports this survey which aims to improve our working environment.
At a time when staff well-being must be one of our Organization’s priorities, this survey is particularly important. It is timely insofar as the Administration is currently developing, for the first time, a well-being policy. It is therefore essential that this claimed and long awaited well-being policy, meets staff’s needs in the best possible way. To this end, it must be based on real, accurate and updated data. We have been assured that the results of this survey will be taken into consideration by the Administration in the elaboration of the new policy.
We thus strongly encourage you to take about fifteen minutes of your time and participate in the survey to make your voice heard.
ISAU remains at your disposal and will continue to ensure that staff’s concerns are taken into account in the development of the well-being policy as well as the new human resources management strategy.
