Dear Colleagues and Members,
We are pleased to inform you that the statutory elections of ISAU for the biennium 2022-2024 will take place from 27 June 2022 at 10.00 am to 28 June 2022 at 5.00 pm Paris time. On this occasion, we will elect the President, members of the Collegium as well as the Executive of the Association. You will find below the detailed timetable for the elections:
- Closing date for submission of candidatures: 8 June 2022 at 5.00 pm Paris time
- Publication of candidatures: 13 June 2022
- Statutory elections: from 27 June 2022 at 10.00 am to 28 June 2022 at 5.00 pm Paris time (electronic voting for both Headquarters and Field)
- Publication of results: 29 June 2022
As per ISAU Statutes and Regulations, vote shall be by direct universal suffrage for all statutory bodies of the Association (Collegium, Executive, President).
Right to vote:
All ISAU members who are up to date with their membership fees are eligible to vote. ISAU members at Headquarters and in the Field, Institutes and Units are all invited to take part in these elections, in order to participate in this important moment of the associative life of our Organization. Non-members who wish to vote must join ISAU no later than Friday, June 24. You will find attached our membership form.
Right to stand as a candidate:
All ISAU members who are up to date with their membership fees as at 31 December 2021 may also stand as a candidate at these general elections. We especially encourage our colleagues in the Field offices to submit their candidature as it is important that Field staff be represented.
You will find attached the candidature form which should be filled out and returned by email to [email protected] or in a sealed envelope to ISAU Secretariat (Office 1.28 Bonvin) by 8 June 2022 at 5.00 pm Paris time at the latest.
The ad hoc elections committee, established for these elections, will validate and publish the list of candidates on 13 June 2022.
