The Evaluation Office of the Division of Internal Oversight Services (IOS) is conducting an evaluation of the Human Resources Management Strategy which will soon come to an end.
As you may have noticed, ISAU has strongly urged that this evaluation be conducted in a timely manner, so that its findings may be taken fully into account in the development of the new human resources strategy. The new strategy will be able to deal with the chronic problems affecting the working conditions of UNESCO staff only if it draws on the lessons of the previous strategy.
